Durch die Anwendung einer solchen durchsichtigen Kappe ergibt sich der besondere Vorteil, daß die Kappe gleichzeitig das Mittel ist, um die Handhaben der Schalter vor unerwünschten Betätigungen zu schützen und zugleich auch die sichtbar bleibenden Anzeigevorrichtungen mechanisch abzudecken. Man kann die Kappe, welche die Handhaben der Schalter bedeckt, so ausführen, daß sie durch den mit einem Schloß versehenen Griff des Truhendeckels selbst gebildet wird. Dabei können im Truhendeckelgriff besondere Schaulöcher für die Beobachtung der Anzeigevorrichtung vorgesehen sein. Eine andere Ausführungsform der Erfindung ergibt sich durch die Verwendung einer besonderen Kappe, welche durch den mit einem Schloß versehenen Griff des Truhendeckels in der Schließlage zu verriegeln ist. Eine solche besondere Kappe kann so ausgeführt sein, daß sie von der Truhenwand vollkommen lösbar ist. Bevorzugt wird man jedoch eine solche Ausführung wählen, bei der die Kappe insbesondere an der Truhenvorderwand mit einem Scharniergelenk od. dgl. befestigt ist. Man kann eine Anordnung dieser Art zusätzlich noch dadurch vervollkommnen, daß der Kappe eine, beispielsweise druckknopfähnliche, Sicherung zugeordnet wird, so daß sie auch bei geöffnetem Truhendeckel zunächst in der Schließlage gehalten wird. Erst durch Betätigen des Druckknopfes der Sicherung läßt sich bei einer Anordnung dieser Art die Kappe um das Scharnier herumschwenken, so daß dann die Schalterbetätigungsgriffe, Tasten od. dgl. zugänglich werden.
