Eine weitere Schwierigkeit tritt auf, wenn es sich ganz oder teilweise um Metalletiketten, etwa aus Aluminium, handelt. Derartige Reste werden statt abzufallen durch Besatz mit Gasblasen in den Flaschenzellen nach oben getrieben und verfangen sich in den Zentriertulpen der Flaschenzellen. Hier verlegen sie die Flaschenmündungen und verhindern das Eintreten der Reinigungsflüssigkeiten. Außerdem können die Metallreste nur schwer aus den Flaschenzellen entfernt oder aus der Maschine ausgetragen werden. Eine weitere Schwierigkeit liegt darin, daß derartige aus Folien bestehende Etiketten mit sogenannten Schmelzklebern befestigt werden, die sich bei dem im Eingangsbereich von Flaschenreinigungsmaschinen üblicherweise herrschenden Temperaturen nur schwer lösen.It is known to put labels and their scraps in cleaning machines all over at the beginning of the liquid treatment to eliminate the contamination of the liquid to be kept as low as possible. Dies wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch erreicht, daß die Flaschen vor der Behandlung mit der ersten Reinigungsflüssigkeit durch eine Kammer geführt werden, in der sie ohne Zutritt von Flüssigkeit einer Hitzebehandlung unterzogen werden. Eine solche Kammer kann sehr klein und leicht sein und ohne weiteres auch nachträglich in jede vorhandene Füllkolonne eingereiht werden. Wahlweise kann die Kammer aber auch direkt in die Reinigungsmaschine eingebaut werden.
