Abstract

Aufgabe dieser Erfindung ist die Messung von elektrischen Potentialen durch einen passiven Sensor, der telemetrisch abfragbar ist. Dazu wird an einen von zwei Reflektoren eines akustischen Oberflächenwellen-Elements (SAW-Reflektor) mit einer Anregungsstruktur, die über eine Antenne ein Hochfrequenzsignal empfängt und die Reflexion wieder aussendet, ein LC-Resonanzkreis angeschlossen. Als Kapazität dient eine Varaktordiode, deren Kapazität durch das zu messende elektrische Potential verändert wird und die so den Kreis verstimmt und damit das reflektierte Signal im Verhältnis zu dem des ungestörten Reflektors in Betrag und Phase verändert.
