Abstract

Es wird eine verbesserte Möglichkeit zur Speicherung von Daten auf einem DNA-Chip-Array-Prozessor beschrieben. Um ein zuverlässiges, wiederverwendbares und wiederbeschreibbares sowie kostengünstiges Speicherelement bereitstellen zu können, welches außerdem im DNA-Chip-Array-Prozessor integriert ist, wird ein Halbleiterspeicher (22) so im Gehäuse (1) des DNA-Chip-Array-Prozessors montiert, dass zur Montage bereits im Prozessor enthaltene Elemente mit herangezogen werden.
