Abstract

Ein Leitelement zur Führung einer Bahn in einer bahnerzeugenden oder -bearbeitenden Maschine weist im Bereich seiner Oberfläche eine Vielzahl von Bohrungen mit nach außen gerichteten Öffnungen für den Austritt eines unter Druck stehenden Fluids auf. Die nach außen gerichteten Öffnungen sind als Mikroöffnungen mit einem Durchmesser kleiner 500 mum ausgeführt.
