Abstract

Medical clamp (1) for clamping organic tissue comprises a base body (2) of rigid material with a base (3) that is removably arranged on the distal end of an application instrument and from which at least one guide bar (4) extends, and a tissue clamp (5) made of absorbable material that can be axially displaced by an inner slide (8) along a body axis (6) from a starting position into an end position in which it can be separated from the base body. At least two clamping bars (12, 14) extend in the direction of the body axis and can be displaced from a starting position in which the clamping bars are arranged a distance apart into an end position in which the clamping bars are positioned closer together to clamp the tissue.
