Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung für eine mindestens teilweise automatische Aufbereitung von Software für eine Übertragung an mindestens einen Rechner und/oder Aktualisierung von Software auf dem Rechner, wobei der Rechner zum Aktualisieren einer Software für elektronische Steuergeräte (Flashen) eingesetzt wird, auf einem Zentralrechner ein Subpaket (100) und ein Skript (200) erstellt werden, das Subpaket (100) mindestens einen Aktualisierungs-Befehl (20, IMPORT, REMOVE) umfasst, mindestens dem Subpaket (100) eine eindeutige Versionskennung zugeordnet wird und das Skript (200) das Subpaket (100) automatisch an dem empfangenden Rechner entpackt und/oder ausführt.
