Abstract
The method for anti-icing control of a gas turbine compressor inlet flow involves recording (10) at least one measured value to determine an environment saturation temperature, and determining (15) the environment saturation temperature on the basis of the recorded value. Based on the determined saturation temperature a minimum saturation temperature of the compressor's inlet flow is determined (30) and this is compared (35) with a predetermined minimum permissible saturation temperature and if it is the same or lower the introducing of water into the inlet flow is stopped (50,60,70). An independent claim is included for an anti-icing control system.
