Abstract

The method for sealing a blister foil (3) with preferably filled blisters (2) by means of a cover foil (4) involves use of a blister position sensor (13) as a part of a control system governing the drives of the sealing roll (10) and the roll segments (5, 6) with blister seatings (7). An independent claim is also included for an apparatus for implementation of the proposed method.

Description

Die Erfindung ist gebildet durch ein Verfahren zum Siegeln einer, vorzugsweise befüllte, Näpfe aufweisenden Blisterfolie mit einer Deckfolie, bei der zwischen mindestens zwei mittels eines Antriebs um eine Antriebsachse umlaufenden, Napfaufnahmen aufweisenden Gegenwalzen-Segmenten und einer darauf ablaufenden Siegelwalze die Blisterfolie und die Deckfolie hindurchgeführt werden, und bei dem der Blisterfolie ein Sensor zur Erfassung der Lage mindestens eines Napfes zugeordnet ist, der als Teil eines Regelsystems über den Antrieb die Lage des mit der Siegelwalze zusammenwirkenden Gegenwalzen-Segments mit dessen Napfaufnahmen relativ zu dem Napf regelt. Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens zwei in ihrer Umfangsfläche Napfaufnahmen (7) aufweisende Gegenwalzen-Segmente (5, 6) vorgesehen sind, die mit einer Siegelwalze (10) einen Spalt (12) zum Durchführen der Deckfolie (4) sowie der Blisterfolie (3) bilden, daß die Gegenwalzen-Segmente (5, 6) durch einen Antrieb (8) antreibbar sind dergestalt, daß während des Ablaufens des einen Deckwalzen-Segments (5) an der Blisterfolie (3) aus einer Startposition das andere Gegenwalzen-Segment (6) in diese Startposition 5 bewegbar ist, und daß vor dem Spalt (12) der Blisterfolie (3) ein Sensor (13) zur Erfassung der Lage mindestens eines Napfes (2) angeordnet ist als Teil eines über Kommunikationskanäle mit dem Antrieb (8) verbundenen Regelsystems.Device for carrying out the method according to one of Claims 1 to 7, characterized in that at least two cup receptacles ( 7 ) counter-roller segments ( 5 . 6 ) are provided with a sealing roller ( 10 ) a crack ( 12 ) to carry out the cover film ( 4 ) and the blister film ( 3 ) form that the counter-roller segments ( 5 . 6 ) by a drive ( 8th ) can be driven in such a way that while one cover roller segment ( 5 ) on the blister film ( 3 ) the other counter-roller segment from one starting position ( 6 ) in this starting position 5 is movable, and that in front of the gap ( 12 ) the blister film ( 3 ) a sensor ( 13 ) to record the position of at least one bowl ( 2 ) is arranged as part of a via communication channels with the drive ( 8th ) connected control system.
