Abstract
Es wird ein Druckreglermodul zur Steuerung eines Gases vorgeschlagen, das eine Kammer (16), mindestens einen Gaseinlass (20) und mindestens einen Gasauslass (18) umfasst. Erfindungsgemäß ist dem Gaseinlass (20) ein im Wesentlichen nach dem Druckausgleichsprinzip arbeitendes Proportionalventil (24) nachgeschaltet, das der Kammer vorgeschaltet ist und mit einem in der Kammer (16) angeordneten Drucksensor (40) zusammenwirkt (Figur 1).
