A head-support has a head cushion (21) having a head placement surface (22) and a cushion support (23) for carrying the head cushion (21) and joining with the back-rest (12) of the vehicle seat (1). A heating device (3) has a Peltier element (31) thermally connected to the head placement surface (22) for heating or cooling the head placement surface (22).
