Abstract
The optical rotation angle sensor module has vertical screens (12) made by bending up areas of the lead frames (3) between optical detectors (11) and transmitter rows (5, 6), detector wire bond pads (10) placed away from the transmitter and has a molded transparent housing (2) over the lead frame, transmitters and detector chip (10). Independent claims are included for a rotation angle measurement unit using the sensor module with optical markings on shafts.
