Abstract
Die vorliegende Erfindung beschreibt einen Ölzustandssensor, der in ein Ölmodul integriert werden kann, so dass das Ölmodul neben der Steuerungs- und/oder Regelungsfunktion der Schmierung auch die Funktion der Ölzustandserfassung wahrnehmen kann. Das Ölmodul besitzt in der vorliegenden Erfindung die Aufgabe, wenigstens einen Teil einer Brennkraftmaschine mit Öl zu versorgen bzw. zu schmieren. Bei diesen Teilen der Brennkraftmaschine kann es sich beispielsweise um den Motor oder die Kurbelwelle handeln. Um diese Teile zu schmieren, d. h. mit Öl zu versorgen, ist vorgesehen, das Ölmodul mit einem Trägerelement auszustatten, welches Bauelemente zum Transport des Öls vom Schmierölvorratsbehälter zu den zu schmierenden Teilen aufweist. Erfindungsgemäß wird in das Ölmodul ein Ölzustandssensor aufgenommen, welcher wenigstens einen Zustandsparameter des das Ölmodul durchfließenden Öls erfasst. Vorteilhafterweise wird dieser Ölzustandssensor ebenfalls in das Trägerelement integriert.
