Abstract

Bei einem Kugelventil mit einem Gehäuse (10), das zwei miteinander in Verbindung stehende Anschlußöffnungen aufweist, einem in dem Gehäuse angeordneten, bewegbaren Schließkörper (1), der einen Grundkörper (11) und einen lösbar mit dem Grundkörper verbundenen Kalottenkörper (2) mit einer Dichtfläche (7) aufweist, ist der Kalottenkörper (2) in einer Ausnehmung (14) des Grundkörpers (11) angeordnet, wobei der Kalottenkörper (2) mit einer zur Mittelachse der Kalotte konzentrischen, sich axial erstreckenden Mantelfläche in die Ausnehmung (14) eingreift und in dieser zentriert ist und wobei der Abstand des Kalottenkörpers (2) vom Kugelmittelpunkt durch Mittel zur axialen Abstützung des Kalottenkörpers (2) an dem Grundkörper (11) einstellbar ist.
