Abstract

The invention relates to a watertight outsole (1) for footwear, which is permeable to water vapour, and comprises a mixture consisting of a) a polymer selected from the group of thermoplastic unvulcanised rubber, vulcanised rubber, polyvinylchlorides, polyurethanes, and thermoplastic polyurethanes, ethyl vinyl acetates or latex, and b) between 10 and 80 vol. %, in relation to the volume of the outsole, of a copolymer selected from the group of hydrophile polyether esters, polyether amides or polyether urethanes.
