Description
Hand washing paste The invention relates to a method of production a hand washing paste, which is preferably suitable for removing paint stains is.
B. die schweizerische Patentschrift 74022.It is common for hand-washing pastes of this type to evolve sulfur dioxide Add substances. With the help of their bleaching effect, they can also be removed stubborn paint stains. To support the cleaning effect abrasives such as quartz sand or pumice stone are added to such pastes, on the other hand the fat-emulsifying and pigment-dispersing effect is achieved through simultaneous Effectively supported addition of wetting agents. Such a soap-based cleaning paste describes e.g. B. the Swiss patent 74022.
So beschreibt z. It was obvious after the various synthetic ones became known Wetting agents apply these in the same way as the soaps. So describes z. B. the Italian patent specification 397 263 a detergent, which in addition to soda and wetting agents z. B. fatty alcohol sulfate, sodium bisulfite in amounts of 50 to 1001 / o of the applied Applying soda. In addition, US Pat. No. 2005448 discloses a hand washing paste described, in addition to bleaches and surfactants, thickeners contains. The latter patent also shows that it is necessary is to mix these substances together in an absolutely dry form so that it can sulfur dioxide does not develop prematurely. That the same for the soap-containing cleaning pastes applies, goes z. B. from the German patent 598474, where the absence of water is also particularly emphasized.
In the technical representation of such pastes, this condition can be met the absence of water do not carry out without special measures, as the active detergent base materials used, such as fatty alcohol sulfate or alkylarylsulfonate, in the form of their salts and due to the previous neutralization process still contain more or less water. So in any case it is still a special one Drying process necessary. In contrast, the present invention is distinguished characterized by a particular simplicity of manufacture. This is achieved by that the wetting agent is only formed at the moment of application.
This method also has the advantage that it is easy to use arriving acid on which the washing-active substance is based in a simple manner can be incorporated into an oil phase due to its solubility. For example lets the acid obtained from the condensation of fatty acids with sarcosine in a natural vegetable oil, e.g. B. castor oil, incorporate to improve consistency metal soaps can still be added. A mixture can now be incorporated into this basis incorporate soda, sodium dithionite and pumice stone powder. These inorganic Basic materials are surrounded by the oil phase in such a way that the acid reacts with it the soda is not possible with salt formation. Even small amounts of water will be emulsified in such a way that they too do not expire prematurely Cause reaction: When applying this paste to the hands and adding water Only then does the neutralization process begin with the formation of the effective wetting agent as well as the development of sulfur dioxide. It is not difficult to see that the primary emulsification that takes place breaks up the dirt and dye particles in such a way that that they are particularly good for attack by the wetting agent and the bleaching agent are prone to. In addition, however, the neutralization and heat of reaction contribute to a considerable increase in the cleaning effect. This also results from the first emulsification just described an increased depth effect of the cleaning power.
B. Graphit.A cleaning paste on this basis still has the advantage that they have a through the exclusive use of native raw materials for the oil phase special skin tolerance guaranteed. An addition of nonionic, anhydrous Wetting agents increase the effectiveness of the agent in some cases, especially with the removal of very stubborn, insoluble soiling, such as B. graphite.
-Example 25 kg of castor oil are made with 10 kg of condensation product Dissolved fatty acid and sarcosine, 5 kg aluminum palmitate and 2 kg glycerine. In these Mixture is cold a mixture of 7.5 kg of calcined soda; 15 kg of sodium dithionite and stirred in 35.5 kg of pumice stone flour. This gives 100 kg of a hand washing paste, the is particularly effective for removing paint and other soiling. -
