Die Erfindung betrifft einen zweisehaligen, aufklappbaren Behälter für Spielkarten, Uhren., Schmuck, Zigarren, Zigaretten oder andere kleinere Gegenstände. The invention relates to a double-sided, hinged one Containers for playing cards, clocks, jewelry, cigars, cigarettes or other small items.

Die nicht überzogenen Teile des Behälters geben diesem ein. besonders geschmackvolles Aussehen und werden daher gewöhnlich oberflächenveredelt, ζ. Β. eloxiert. Diese Oberflächenveredelung greift sich aber bei den bekannten Behältern schnell ab, da die frei liegenden, z. B. eloxierten Metallteile über die mit einem Leder oder Kunststoffüberzug versehenen Teile vorstehen und daher besonders stark abgegriffen werden. Da sich die Oberflächenveredelung der Metallteile nun wesentlich schneller als ein Leder- oder Kunststoffüberzug abgreift, werden die bisher bekannten Behälter schnell unansehnlich. Die Art der Herstellung erlaubt aber bei diesen Behältern keine andere An-Ordnung der oberflächenveredelten Teile und begrenzt auch dieVairiationsmögiichkeiten in den Ausführungsformen. Bei den bekannten Behältern werden die beiden Schalen je aus einem Rahmen gebildet, in den eine mit Leder oder Kunststoff überzogene Metallfolie eingesetzt ist. Der Rahmen besteht aus einem gefalzten, schmalen Metallband, das den Rand der überzogenen Metallfolie umschließt. Die Rahmen sind gelenkig miteinander verbunden und liegen, flach aufeinander, so daß die Metallfolien dem Behälter die eigentliche Form geben. Die Metallfolien sind, gewöhnlich nach außen, gewölbt, wodurch in. dem Behälter ein sich zur Mitte erweiternder Hohlraum entsteht. Dieser Hohlraum ist in. seiner Form zwar zur Aufnahme von Zigarren, und Zigaretten gut geeignet. Er eignet sich aber nicht gut zur Aufnahme eckiger Gegenstände, wie z. B.
