Abstract

In order to achieve the object of the invention of providing a transport box that can be stored, transported and/or reused in a space-saving manner after use, a set is proposed for the tool-free production of a transport box for heavy-duty parts, comprising at least two first side walls, two second side walls, a base, a lid and at least one element insert for receiving heavy-duty parts, wherein the first side walls can each be connected to the second side walls, wherein at least the first and second side walls, the base, the lid and the element insert each have at least one centering element, wherein the centering elements of the first and second side walls, the base, the lid and/or the element insert can engage in a centering element of a respective other part of the set, so that when the first and second side walls, the base, the lid and the element insert are placed on top of one another, they engage with one another in order to align them with one another and hold them in position with one another.

Description

The invention relates to a set for the tool-free production of a transport box, transport box, use of a set, method for assembling a transport box and use of a transport box.

Transport boxes for heavy-duty parts, such as screws for wind turbines, are well known from the state of the art. EN 10 2004 008 990 A1 discloses a plastic transport box for heavy goods, which is manufactured in one piece. DE 20 2023 000 164 U1 , DE 20 220 100 545 U1 , DE 20 2008 012 974 U1 and EN 10 2004 008 990 A1 reveal transport containers, transport enclosures for goods or transport boxes.

The disadvantage of the transport boxes for heavy loads known from the state of the art is that they take up a lot of space when unloaded. Furthermore, from an economic point of view, the boxes known from the state of the art can only be used once.

The object of the invention is therefore to provide a transport box which can be stored, transported and/or reused in a space-saving manner after use.

The object is achieved according to the invention by means of a set for the tool-free production of a transport box for heavy-duty parts, comprising at least two first side walls, two second side walls, a base, a lid and at least one element insert for receiving heavy-duty parts, wherein the first side walls can each be connected to the second side walls, wherein at least the first and second side walls, the base, the lid and the element insert each have at least one centering element, wherein the centering elements of the first and second side walls, the base, the lid and/or the element insert can engage in a centering element of a respective other part of the set, so that when the first and second side walls, the base, the lid and the element insert are placed on top of one another, they engage with one another in order to align them with one another and hold them in position with one another.

Furthermore, the object is achieved according to the invention by means of a transport box from a set for heavy-duty parts comprising at least two first side walls, two second side walls, a base, a lid and at least one element insert for receiving heavy-duty parts, wherein the first side walls are each connected to the second side walls, wherein the first side walls each comprise at least one, preferably at least two, fastening means lying opposite one another, and wherein the second side walls each comprise at least one, preferably at least two fastening receptacles in which the at least one fastening means is arranged.

Furthermore, the object is achieved according to the invention by using an above-mentioned set according to for producing an above-mentioned transport box.

A set for the tool-free production of a transport box for heavy-duty parts is proposed, comprising at least two first side walls, two second side walls, a base, a lid and at least one element insert for receiving heavy-duty parts. The first side walls can each be connected to the second side walls. At least the first and second side walls, the base, the lid and the element insert each have at least one centering element on a side surface, wherein the centering elements of the first and second side walls, the base, the lid and/or the element element insert can engage with a centering element of another part of the set so that when the first and second side walls, the base, the lid and the element insert are placed on top of each other, they engage with each other in order to align them with each other.

Heavy-duty parts in the sense of the invention are preferably industrially manufactured parts which each individually have a weight of more than about 10 kg, preferably more than about 15 kg, more preferably more than about 25 kg. The heavy-duty parts preferably have a weight of about 10 kg to about 2000 kg.

If the term "approximately" is used in connection with values or value ranges within the scope of the invention, this is to be understood as a tolerance range which the person skilled in the art considers to be usual in this field; in particular, a tolerance range of ±20%, preferably ±10%, more preferably ±5% is provided.

To the extent that different value ranges, for example preferred and further preferred value ranges, are specified in the present invention, the lower limits and the upper limits of the different value ranges can be combined with one another.

In one embodiment, it is provided that the element insert has exactly one or a plurality of recesses that have an opening geometry that is adapted to a cross section of the heavy-duty parts provided for the transport box. In a further embodiment, it is provided that heavy-duty elements can be accommodated in an upright position by means of the element insert. The cross section is preferably a section perpendicular to the longitudinal extension of the respective heavy-duty part. In a further embodiment, it is provided that the element insert has at least one recess that can accommodate at least one heavy-duty part in a horizontal orientation. In a further embodiment, it is provided that the element insert has exactly one or a plurality of recesses that have an opening geometry that is adapted to a longitudinal section of the heavy-duty parts provided for the transport box. The longitudinal section is preferably a section along the longitudinal extension of the respective heavy-duty part. In one embodiment, it is provided that the element insert comprises approximately 1 to approximately 100, preferably approximately 1 to approximately 50, more preferably approximately 1 to approximately 25 recesses for heavy-duty parts.

In one embodiment, it is provided that each part of the set, preferably at least the two first side walls, the two second side walls, the base, the lid and the at least one element insert, has about 2 to about 12, preferably about 2 to about 6 centering elements. Preferably, a centering element comprises a recess or a material accumulation. More preferably, a centering element that is designed as a recess is designed such that it can accommodate a centering element of another part of the set. Preferably, two centering elements of two parts of the set can be plugged into one another in such a way that the parts are fixed to one another. Preferably, at least one part of the set has a centering element that is designed as a recess and a centering element that is designed as a material accumulation. In one embodiment, the centering element is designed as a cylindrical material accumulation. In one embodiment, the centering element is designed as a cylindrical recess. In one embodiment, the centering element is designed as an elongated accumulation of material, in particular as a spring. In a further embodiment, the centering element is designed as an elongated recess. Preferably, a part of the set can have one or more embodiments of centering elements.

The advantage of the proposed set is that it can be transported to the place of use in a space-saving manner. Preferably, the parts of the set can be laid flat on top of one another. In particular, the parts of the set can be laid on top of one another with their sides facing one another. Advantageously, the centering elements of the individual parts of the set engage with one another when laid on top of one another, so that the parts cannot slip relative to one another. This makes transporting the set much easier. In addition, the set can be stored and/or transported in a very space-saving manner. For example, the set can be stored in a space-saving manner and assembled into a transport box if required. After the heavy-duty parts have been transported to a destination, the transport box can be easily disassembled without tools and transported back in a space-saving manner. Due to the low storage and transport costs of the set, it can be used multiple times, which is advantageous and economical.

In one embodiment, it is provided that the first side walls each comprise at least two fastening means lying opposite one another and wherein the second side walls each comprise at least two fastening receptacles into which the fastening means can be arranged.

In one embodiment, it is provided that the fastening means extend in a plane of the first side walls in the longitudinal direction. The fastening elements are preferably arranged in one piece or in multiple pieces on the first side walls.

In one embodiment, it is provided that the base has a number of transverse force-absorbing elements in which at least the first and second side walls can be arranged. The transverse force-absorbing elements are preferably designed as grooves. In a further embodiment, the transverse force-absorbing elements are designed as springs which can engage in transverse force-absorbing elements designed, for example, as grooves in one side of the first and second side walls.

In one embodiment, the lid has a number of transverse force-absorbing elements in which at least the first and second side walls can be arranged. The transverse force-absorbing elements are preferably designed as grooves. In a further embodiment, the transverse force-absorbing elements are designed as springs that can engage in grooves in one side of the first and second side walls. The base and lid are preferably designed essentially the same.

Preferably, the first and/or second side walls comprise at least one transverse force-absorbing element, which is arranged in a side surface of the first and/or second side walls. In one embodiment, the set comprises a partition wall, which can be arranged in transverse force-absorbing elements of the first or second side walls. In the assembled state, the partition wall can be used to separate the transport box into compartments.

In a further embodiment, it is provided that the fastening means comprises a first section extending in the longitudinal direction and a second section arranged at an angle to this. The first section and second section are preferably arranged at an angle of approximately 45° to approximately 75°, preferably approximately 60° to approximately 90°.

Preferably, the parts of the set, preferably the pallet, the base, the first and second side walls and/or the lid, comprise at least one material selected from wood, plastic, aluminum and/or steel.

In one embodiment, it is provided that this comprises at least one clamping device by means of which the parts of the set can be connected in the assembled and disassembled state. The clamping device is preferably a tensioning belt or a tension band. The clamping device is preferably fixed to at least one part of the set. The clamping device is further preferably fixed to the floor. The clamping device is advantageously captively attached to the set. The parts of the set can also advantageously be held together by means of the clamping device. The clamping device preferably ensures that the centering elements engage with each other even during transport, for example in the event of vibrations. In the assembled state, the clamping device ensures that the lid on the transport box in particular remains closed. The clamping device can also be used to securely hold the assembled parts, in particular to securely hold the fastening means in the fastening receptacles.

In one embodiment, it is provided that this comprises a bag in which the element insert can be arranged. The bag comprises at least one film, preferably a plastic film. Advantageously, the bag can at least provide corrosion protection for the heavy-duty parts.

The set can be used to easily replace individual parts of the transport box to be assembled. For example, labeled side panels or the lid can be replaced to adjust the labeling of the contents. Another advantage is that damaged parts of the set can be easily replaced. Another advantage is that an element insert can be easily replaced to adjust the number or type of heavy-duty parts to be transported. Another advantage is that the set can be easily folded up and stowed away to save space when stored or transported. Another advantage is that the interlocking centering elements prevent the dismantled parts of the set from slipping when placed on top of one another, so that they can be transported safely or stored securely.

In an exemplary embodiment of the set for producing a transport box, it is provided that it comprises two first side walls, two second side walls, a lid and a base. The set also comprises two clamping devices, which are designed as tensioning belts, and an element insert. The exemplary set also comprises a pallet that can be arranged on the base. The exemplary base comprises recesses for guiding the clamping devices. The base also comprises transverse force-absorbing elements into which the first side walls, the second side walls and a partition wall can be inserted. The base also comprises a centering element that can work together with another centering element of the other parts of the set. The exemplary lid also comprises recesses for guiding the clamping devices. The exemplary lid also comprises transverse force-absorbing elements designed as grooves into which the first side walls, the second side walls and a partition wall can be inserted. The exemplary lid also comprises a centering element that can work together with another centering element of the other parts of the set can work together. The centering elements are designed as recesses and accumulations of material that can be interlocked.

The exemplary first side walls comprise fastening elements which are designed as hook-shaped extensions. The fastening elements are each connected in one piece to the first side walls. The exemplary fastening means are arranged in a plane of the first side wall and extend in the longitudinal direction of the first side wall. Furthermore, the exemplary fastening means are connected in one piece to the first side wall. The exemplary fastening means each have a first section and a second section. The second section is angled towards the first section by approximately 90°, for example.

The exemplary first side walls comprise centering elements that can interact with other parts of the set when they lie on top of each other in the unassembled state. The exemplary second side walls comprise plug-in recesses and a centering element each. The second side wall comprises fastening receptacles, wherein the fastening means can be accommodated in the fastening receptacles and can engage behind an outer side of the second side wall.

Furthermore, the exemplary second side walls comprise transverse force-absorbing elements that are designed as grooves. The partition wall can be inserted into the transverse force-absorbing elements. The exemplary partition wall comprises two centering elements. The exemplary set also comprises a foam plate for the safe storage or transport of heavy-duty elements. The set also comprises a lid that has recesses for guiding the clamping devices.

In a further exemplary embodiment, it is provided that the fastening means are each placed on an inner side of the first side walls. The fastening means are each screwed or nailed onto the first side walls. For example, the at least two fastening means of each first side wall are designed as one piece, for example cut or milled from a board.

Furthermore, a transport box from a set for heavy-duty parts described above is proposed, comprising at least two first side walls, two second side walls, a base, a lid and at least one element insert for receiving heavy-duty parts. The first side walls are each connected to the second side walls, wherein the first side walls each comprise at least two fastening means lying opposite one another and wherein the second side walls each comprise at least two fastening receptacles in which the fastening means are arranged.

In one embodiment, it is provided that the floor has a number of transverse force-absorbing elements in which at least the first and second side walls are arranged. The side walls are preferably arranged in transverse force-absorbing elements in the floor. More preferably, the side walls are arranged perpendicular to one another, preferably in the transverse force-absorbing elements in the floor.

In a further embodiment, the element insert is arranged on the floor in such a way that it is surrounded by the first and second side walls. In particular, the element insert is placed in the transport box.

The fastening means are preferably designed in the shape of a hook. More preferably, the first side walls and the second side walls are positively connected by means of the fastening elements and the plug-in recess. The fastening means can advantageously be plugged through the plug-in recesses, so that there is preferably a tool-free connection between the first side walls and the second side walls. In particular, the connection between fastening means and plug-in recesses can be assembled and/or disassembled without tools.

In a further embodiment, it is provided that the transport box comprises a partition wall which is arranged in transverse force-absorbing elements of the first or second side walls and divides the transport box into two product sections arranged next to one another. In a further embodiment, it is provided that the transport box has exactly one or a plurality of partition walls which are preferably arranged in transverse force-absorbing elements of the first or second side walls. The transport box preferably comprises approximately 1 to approximately 20 partition walls.

In a design of the transport box with heavy-duty elements, it is intended that the Heavy-duty elements are arranged with their longitudinal extension perpendicular to the plane of the floor in the element insert. The heavy-duty elements are preferably designed as connecting elements, more preferably as screws, more preferably as hydraulic screws. The heavy-duty elements can advantageously be stored and/or transported in a space-saving manner by aligning their longitudinal extension perpendicular to the plane of the floor.

In one embodiment, it is provided that the transport box comprises at least one clamping device by means of which the lid can be fixed to the first and side walls. The clamping device is preferably fixed to a part of the transport box, for example the floor, or arranged in a way that prevents it from being lost. The transport box preferably comprises at least one, more preferably about two or about five clamping devices.

In a further embodiment, the element insert is arranged in a bag. The bag preferably comprises a plastic film. The bag advantageously protects the heavy-duty elements arranged in the transport box.

Furthermore, it is proposed to use an above-mentioned set for producing an above-mentioned transport box.

Furthermore, the use of an above-mentioned transport box for transporting heavy-duty parts is proposed. In one embodiment, it is provided that the heavy-duty parts that can be arranged in the transport box have a total weight of about 500 kg to about 2000 kg, preferably about 1000 kg to about 2000 kg, more preferably about 1500 kg.

The modular design makes it easy to replace individual parts of the set and the intended use of the transport box can be quickly adapted.

Claims (23)

Set (12) for the tool-free production of a transport box (10) for heavy-duty parts (20), comprising at least two first side walls (22, 24), two second side walls (50, 52), a base (96), a lid (82) and at least one element insert (120, 120.1, 120.2, 120.3, 120.4) for receiving heavy-duty parts (20), wherein the first side walls (22, 24) can each be connected to the second side walls (50, 52), wherein at least the first and second side walls (22, 24, 50, 52), the base (96), the lid (82) and the element insert (120, 120.1, 120.2, 120.3, 120.4) each have at least one centering element (136, 138, 140, 142, 144, 146, 148, 150, 152), wherein the centering elements (136, 138, 140, 142, 144, 146, 148, 150, 152) of the first and second side walls (22, 24, 50, 52), the base (96), the lid (82) and/or the element insert (120, 120.1, 120.2, 120.3, 120.4) can engage in a centering element (136, 138, 140, 142, 144, 146, 148, 150, 152) of a respective other part of the set (12), so that when the first and second side walls (22, 24, 50, 52), the base (96), the cover (82) and the element insert (120, 120.1, 120.2, 120.3, 120.4) engage with each other to align them and hold them in position. Set (12) according to Claim 1 , characterized in that the element insert (120, 120.1, 120.2, 120.3, 120.4) has a plurality of recesses (122) which have an opening geometry which is adapted to a cross-section of the heavy-duty parts (20) provided for the transport box (10). Set (12) according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that the first side walls each comprise at least two fastening means (26, 28, 30, 32, 34, 36, 38, 40) lying opposite one another and wherein the second side walls (50, 52) each comprise at least two fastening receptacles (54, 56, 58, 60, 62, 64, 66, 68) in which the fastening means (26, 28, 30, 32, 34, 36, 38, 40) can be arranged. Set (12) according to one or more of the preceding Claims 2 until 3 , characterized in that the fastening means (26, 28, 30, 32, 34, 36, 38, 40) extend in a plane (42) of the first side walls (22, 24) in the longitudinal direction (44). Set (12) according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that the base (96) has a number of transverse force-absorbing elements (108, 110, 112, 114) into which at least the first and second side walls (22, 24, 50, 52) can be arranged. Set (12) according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that it comprises a partition wall (80) which can be arranged in transverse force-absorbing elements (72, 74, 76, 78) of the first or second side walls (22, 24, 50, 52). Set (12) according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that the fastening means (26, 28, 30, 32, 34, 36, 38, 40) comprise a first section (46) extending in the longitudinal direction (44) and a second section (48) arranged at an angle to this. Set (12) according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that heavy-duty elements (20) can be accommodated in an upright position by means of the element insert (120, 120.1, 120.2, 120.3, 120.4). Set (12) according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that it comprises at least one clamping means (92, 94) by means of which the parts of the set can be clamped in the assembled and disassembled state. Set (12) according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that it comprises a bag in which the element insert (120, 120.1, 120.2, 120.3, 120.4) can be arranged. Transport box (10) from a set (12) according to one or more of the preceding claims for heavy load parts (20) comprising at least two first side walls (22, 24), two second side walls (50, 52), a base (96), a lid (82) and at least one element insert (120, 120.1, 120.2, 120.3, 120.4) for receiving Heavy-duty parts (20), wherein the first side walls (22, 24) are each connected to the second side walls (50, 52), wherein the first side walls each comprise at least one fastening means (26, 28, 30, 32, 34, 36, 38, 40) and wherein the second side walls (50, 52) each comprise at least one fastening receptacle (54, 56, 58, 60, 62, 64, 66, 68) in which the at least one fastening means (26, 28, 30, 32, 34, 36, 38, 40) is arranged. Transport box (10) according to Claim 11 , characterized in that the base (96) has a number of transverse force absorbing elements (108, 110, 112, 114) in which at least the first and second side walls (22, 24, 50, 52) are arranged. Transport box (10) according to one or more of the Claims 11 until 12 , characterized in that the element insert (120, 120.1, 120.2, 120.3, 120.4) is arranged on the base (96) such that it is surrounded by the first and second side walls (22, 24, 50, 52). Transport box (10) according to one or more of the Claims 11 until 13 , characterized in that the fastening means (26, 28, 30, 32, 34, 36, 38, 40) each extend in the longitudinal direction (44) of the first side walls (22, 24) and each pass through a fastening receptacle (54, 56, 58, 60, 82, 64, 66, 68) of the respective second side wall (50, 52), wherein a first section (46) of the fastening means (26, 28, 30, 32, 34, 36, 38, 40) projecting in the longitudinal direction (44) is arranged in a fastening receptacle (54, 56, 58, 60, 82, 64, 66, 68) and a second section (48) projecting at an angle to the longitudinal extension (44) supports the second side wall (50, 52) on a outside (70). Method for assembling a transport box (10) according to one or more of the Claims 11 until 18 with the steps: - providing a set (12) according to one or more of the Claims 1 until 10 , - separating the parts of the set (12), - passing fastening means (26, 28, 30, 32, 34, 36, 38, 40) of first side walls (22, 24) into fastening receptacles (54, 56, 58, 60, 62, 64, 66, 68) of second side walls (50, 52) in such a way that first side walls (22, 24) and second side walls (50, 52) adjoin one another, wherein after passing the fastening means (26, 28, 30, 32, 34, 36, 38, 40) into the fastening receptacles (54, 56, 58, 60, 62, 64, 66, 68), the first side walls (22, 24) and second side walls (50, 52) are moved towards one another in such a way that a second section (48) of the fastening means (26, 28, 30, 32, 34, 36, 38, 40) is arranged on an outer side (70) of the second side walls (50, 52), - arranging the first and second side walls (22, 24, 50, 52) in transverse force-absorbing elements (106, 108, 110, 112, 114, 116) of the base (96), - arranging an element insert (120, 120.1, 120.2, 120.3, 120.4) between the side walls (22, 24, 50, 52) on the base (96), - arranging the cover (82) on the side walls (22, 24, 50, 52), - clamping the base (96), at least two side walls (22, 24, 50, 52) and the cover (82) with at least one clamping means (94, 96). Use of a transport box (10) according to one or more of the Claims 11 until 18 for the transport of heavy loads (20). Use according to Claim 22 , characterized in that the heavy load parts (20) which can be arranged in the transport box (10) are a Total weight of about 100 kg to about 2000 kg.
