Abstract

Description

The invention relates to a vehicle with a private entry and exit, comprising a vehicle body.

In the case of a vehicle that is used by people who do not want to be recognized, an external device is held against the outside of the vehicle door when this person gets in or out in order to shield these people from the surroundings.

The object of the invention is to provide a vehicle with a private entry and exit, which is structurally simple to integrate into the vehicle.

In the vehicle explained at the beginning with a private entrance or exit, comprising a vehicle body, a privacy screen that can be extended perpendicularly to the vehicle body is arranged on the outside on the long side of the vehicle body. Integrating a privacy screen into the vehicle body allows a driver or the vehicle occupant to extend it if necessary if a person does not want to be recognized when getting in or out of the vehicle and wants to maintain their privacy. The privacy screen is permanently installed in or on the vehicle and is always available for use as needed. There is no need to carry external shielding devices.

The privacy screen advantageously extends along the A-pillar and/or the B-pillar and/or the C-pillar of the vehicle body. This ensures that the privacy screen can be extended without hindering the opening or closing process of a vehicle door.

In one embodiment, the privacy screen is designed to be foldable or extendable. This makes the privacy screen easy to use. At the same time, the space required by the folded or retracted privacy screen is kept to a minimum.

In one variant, the privacy screen consists of a textile material or a plastic. The textile material or the plastic can be designed as a thin layer, so that the space required by the retracted privacy screen is further reduced. Especially when using moisture-repellent materials, the privacy screen can be used at any time in bad weather conditions, such as snow or rain.

In one embodiment, the automatically extendable or retractable privacy screen is integrated into the vehicle body. By operating an actuator inside the vehicle, the privacy screen can also be activated or deactivated if the vehicle is only being used by one person.
