Abstract

The invention relates to a squeegee for removing liquids and/or dirt from objects, in particular sanitary objects such as sinks or the like, comprising a flat base which essentially extends in one plane and which has at least two, in particular more than three, wiping edges, wherein the wiping edges are perpendicular to the plane of the base and the base has at least three corners each having different corner radii and handle means arranged on the flat base.

Description

The invention relates to a squeegee for removing liquids and/or dirt from objects, in particular sanitary objects such as sinks or the like, comprising a flat base which essentially extends in one plane and which has at least two, in particular more than three, wiping edges.

The invention further relates to a sanitary system, comprising a pull-off device and a sanitary object, in particular a sanitary basin, sanitary fitting or the like.

Although applicable to any puller, the present invention will be described in relation to pullers for plumbing objects in the form of sinks.

Pull-off devices have become known in many ways, for example for bathroom or kitchen facilities. Thus, in order to avoid limescale in showers with flat glass surfaces, T-shaped squeegees have become known in order to free the glass surfaces from water. Likewise, pullers or scrapers have become known in the kitchen area, for example from DE 26 51 924 A1 , to portion dough or to remove flour or dough residues or similar.

More scrapers or pullers are from the US 1,388,282A or from the DE 3 990 877 C2 known.

The disadvantage here is that the scrapers or squeegees are difficult to handle and are only suitable to a limited extent for removing liquids, particularly in the area of edges, curves and the like.

One object of the present invention is therefore to specify a stripping device and a system with a stripping device which enable improved removal of liquids, dirt or the like in different areas while at the same time being easy to handle and providing a high level of user experience.

A further object of the present invention is to specify an alternative pull-off device and an alternative system with a pull-off device.

In one embodiment, the present invention solves the above objects with a squeegee for removing liquids, dirt from objects, in particular sanitary objects such as sinks or the like, comprising a flat base which extends essentially in one plane and the at least two, in particular more than three, wiping edges, the wiping edges being perpendicular to the plane of the base and the base having at least three corners each having different corner radii, and handle means disposed on the flat base.

In one embodiment, the present invention achieves the above-mentioned objects with a sanitary system, comprising a pull-off device according to one of Claims 1-15 and a sanitary object, in particular a sanitary basin, sanitary fitting or the like, the sanitary object having at least one curve that forms a corner radius of the pull-off device corresponds and/or wherein the sanitary object has at least one extension which corresponds to the extension of a wiping edge of the pull-off device.

One of the advantages achieved is improved handling, an attractive appearance and improved removal of liquids, dirt or the like, especially in the area of corners, edges, curves, etc.

The term “plumbing” is to be understood in the broadest sense and refers, particularly in the description, preferably in the claims, to any objects, arrangements, devices, facilities and the like in connection with bathrooms, kitchens, heating systems and the like.

Other features, advantages, and other embodiments of the invention are described below or will become apparent thereby.

According to an advantageous development of the invention, the handle device is designed in one piece with the base. This enables the pull-off device to be produced easily while at the same time giving a homogeneous and therefore high-quality visual impression.

According to a further advantageous development of the invention, the handle device is at least partially designed in the shape of a ball and/or sphere. One of the advantages achieved in this way is that the pull-off device cannot be placed flat on a flat surface, so that drying of the pull-off device and picking up or lifting the pull-off device again by a user is made easier.

According to a further advantageous development of the invention, the handle device is arranged centrally on the base. The advantage of this is that gripping and lifting the puller from the side is made easier.

According to a further advantageous development of the invention, the handle device and/or the base are made from a flexible material, in particular rubber, silicone or the like. This provides a cost-effective production with a simple possibility of removing liquids at the same time.

According to a further advantageous development of the invention, the base has a rectangular shape, in particular a square shape. In addition to a high visual value and appeal, storage, for example in compartments of drawers or the like, is also made easier.

According to a further advantageous development of the invention, the handle device has two areas which have different curvatures. This makes it even easier for a user to grip the pull-off device. At the same time, the different curvature gives a user an interesting visual impression.

According to a further advantageous development of the invention, the areas have a circular cross-section parallel to the base and the ratio of the radii to one another is at least 2. The advantage of this is that handling is improved, so that the stripping device can be used flexibly for stripping along different wiping edges can.

According to a further advantageous development of the invention, the ratio of the maximum thickness and minimum thickness of the pull-off device, measured perpendicular to the plane of the base, is at least 5, preferably at least 6, in particular between 7 and 8. One of the advantages achieved is sufficient strength and at the same time sufficient flexibility of the wiping edges.

According to a further advantageous development of the invention, the pull-off device is of mirror-symmetrical design. The advantage of this is that it is even easier to handle, since the handling of the pull-off device is not restricted to a specific orientation. Likewise, manufacturability is also simplified. The mirror symmetry of the pull-off device can be formed both parallel to a plane of the base and/or on a plane perpendicular to the base.

According to a further advantageous development of the invention, at least two corner radii have a ratio to one another of at least 1:2, in particular at least 1:3. In this way, sufficiently differently dimensioned corner radii are made available in a flexible manner, which improves the usability of the pull-off device in the area of curves for removing water or the like, for example.

According to a further advantageous development of the invention, the base has four corners, each of which has a different corner radius. This further improves the flexibility with regard to the use of the pull-off device for different curves.

According to a further advantageous development of the invention, two first corner radii and two second corner radii each have a ratio to one another of at least 1:2, in particular at least 1:3. This further improves the applicability of the pull-off device in the area of curves for removing water or the like.

According to a further advantageous development of the invention, the ratio of the length or width of the base and at least one of the corner radii, in particular the largest corner radius, is at least 3. The advantage of this is that the pull-off device remains easy to handle despite large corner radii.

According to a further advantageous development of the invention, a suspension device is provided, in particular in the form of a hole. The advantage of this is that the stripping device can be hung up to dry, for example.
