Abstract
technische Aufgabe und Zielsetzung: Die Reparatur von Gelenkwellen stellt ein großes Anwendungsgebiet in der Landmaschinentechnik dar. Aktuelle Geräte zur De - und Montage von Gelenkwellen werden rein mechanisch hydraulisch betrieben. Die Arbeitsweise ist wenig automatisiert. Eine messbare Verbesserung bzw. Arbeitserleichterung ist mit dem aktuellen Stand der Technik nicht gegeben.Lösung des Problems: Erstellung einer elektrischen - hydraulischen Montagestation zur Gelenkwellenreparatur. Alle Arbeitsstationen sind auf einer Vorrichtung vorhanden und mobil einsetzbar (4), (5). Die Station 1 ist der Profilrohrgabelturm (1), hier kann die Profilrohrgabel vom Profilrohr zur Demontage entfernt werden. Außerdem kann hier die Profilrohrgabel nach Instandsetzung wieder auf das Profilrohr aufgezogen werden. Die Station 2 ist der Kreuzgelenkturm (2), dieser bietet die Möglichkeit die Kreuzgelenke aus der Profilrohrgabel zu demontieren und nach Instandsetzung wieder zu montieren. Das Bedienpult (3) ist schwenkbar auf dem Werktisch angebracht und mit allen wichtigen Funktionen beschriftet, um eine sichere Handhabung zu gewährleisten.Anwendungsgebiete: De- und Montage von Gelenkwellen und deren dazugehörige Reparatur wird vor allem in der Landmaschinentechnik benötigt.Technical task and objective: The repair of cardan shafts represents a large area of application in agricultural machinery technology.
