Abstract

Bei Tragluftfolienabdeckungen von z.B. Die Seilenden werden so in der Länge angepasst, dass sie über Spannschlösser und Spannfedern straff eingehängt werden können. Daraufhin werden die Spannschlösser gleichmäßig fest angezogen. Das Stahlseil spannt sich und sichert so den umlaufenden Klemmschlauch über den gesamten Umfang des Behälters mechanisch gegen ein Herausdrücken. Die zwischengehängten starken Spannfedern halten das Stahlseil auch bei temperatur- und belastungsbedingten Längenänderungen straff (Siehe Spannbehälter Blatt 4 Schnitt). Dann wird der Spannschrank luftdicht verschlossen und das ganze System wie gehabt mit Pressluft gefüllt.
