Standing room is only available for standard catering trolleys, free-standing tables require the corresponding deployment of personnel. A table with a serving aid is described in P.A.458456-1.9.65 (utility model), but this is a free-standing table - the structure on the table is rather annoying.

In patent no. 493360 from 26.07.1927 a self-service dining table with a service trolley running back and forth on rails is described, here too the table loading is a disruptive area.

In patent no. 32 41 242.8 a mobile kitchen is described, but this has no tables.

This task is solved by mounting a mobile kitchen with folding tables and serving carriages integrated into the wall on a lowered trailer (here STEMA STS 02-1 "WOM") as a standard chassis.

The advantages achieved with the invention are, in particular, that instead of long walks, the tables can be served directly from the kitchen.

Instead of moving parts on the table, the serving carriages that are flush with the tabletop do not interfere with attractive serving.
