Der durch die genannte Patentschrift geschützte Gegenstand hat sich somit prinzipiell in der Praxis durchaus bewährt. Nachteilig bei der geschützten Realisierung ist es allerdings, dass das dort offenbarte haltbare Warenregal sowohl im gefalteten als auch im aufgebauten Zustand eine sechseckige Grundrissstruktur aufweist.
