Abstract

The method involves producing a communication link e.g. voice communication link, to a provider of a product by unique inputting and registering of user data over a specific platform, where the registering takes place via web services (R1, R3). The data is validated in context of cloud-computing by the web services. The product is allocated to a user corresponding to a product-dependant surplus value. The user is enabled to assign the surplus value to a project, which is selectable from a list realized by the platform, and/or to another project to be newly developed and added to the list. An independent claim is also included for a system for mediating and providing a product of a provider for a user connected with an assignment of a product-dependant surplus value within a distributed infrastructure.

Nicht selten wird die Höhe eines derartigen Mehrwerts an einer Häufigkeit oder einer Anzahl erworbener Waren bzw. in Anspruch genommener Dienste bzw. Dienstleistungen bemessen. Des Weiteren ist es einem Kunden oft nicht bewusst, in welcher Höhe der Mehrwert eines einzelnen Verfahrens bei Produkterwerb bemessen wird. So kann der Kunde beispielsweise bei Erwerb eines Eierkochers 500 marktspezifische Sammelpunkte im Rahmen einer Marktaktion erhalten, anstatt nur 5 bei Payback^®. Neben Vergabe eines erzielten Mehrwerts wird einem Kunden weiterhin die Möglichkeit der Anmeldung eines eigenen Hilfsprojekts geboten. Dem Kunden obliegt es in diesem Fall, die notwendigen Informationen zur Veröffentlichung des Hilfsprojekts in Form von Wort und Bild einem entsprechenden Betreiber der Spendenplattform zu übermitteln. Neben einer eigentlichen Projektbeschreibung und Zielsetzung des jeweiligen Projekts ist auch eine Bedarfsangabe zur Umsetzung einzelner Zielinhalte des Projekts vorgesehen. Der Nutzer bzw. In diesem Zusammenhang ist es natürlich hilfreich, wenn dem Nutzer ein Mittel zur Verfügung gestellt wird, indem er die tatsächliche Notwendigkeit zur Hilfe bemessen und vergleichen kann.
