Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein zum Schweißen eingesetztes Hilfswerkzeug, insbesondere ein Spannmittel zur Befestigung von zu schweißenden Metallblechen.The invention relates to an auxiliary tool used for welding, in particular a clamping device for fastening metal sheets to be welded.
Beim Schweißen stellt die stabile Verspannung von zu schweißenden Blechen eine wesentliche Voraussetzung für ein erfolgreiches Schweißen dar. Dem Stand der Technik zufolge werden zwei zusammenzuschweißende Bleche mittels eines Druck- bzw. eines Schraubspanners zusammengespannt. Jedoch ist die Bedienung solcher Spannmittel sehr zeitintensiv. Darüber hinaus sind deren Herstellungs- und Vertriebskosten wegen des komplizierten Aufbaus relativ hoch. Zum großvolumigen Schweißen müssen jedoch mehrere Spannmittel bereitgestellt werden. Dadurch werden die Kosten wesentlich erhöht. Eine andere Möglichkeit zum Verspannen von zusammenzuschweißenden Blechen stellen Spannzangen dar. Nach dem Zusammenspannen der Bleche durch die Spannzangen werden folglich die Spannzangen befestigt. Jedoch muss hierbei auch eine Vielzahl von Spannzangen zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Aus diesem Grund stellt das Ersatzspannzeug immer noch keine wirtschaftliche Lösung dar.During welding, the stable clamping of sheets to be welded is an essential prerequisite for successful welding. Gemäß der Erfindung wird ein zum Schweißen geeignetes Spannmittel bereitgestellt, das eine Spannzange und eine flexible Klemmschelle aufweist. Beim Gebrauch wird die flexible Klemmschelle zwischen die beiden Backen eingelegt, derart, dass die Befestigungshaken der Backen in die Befestigungsnuten der Arme der flexiblen Klemmschelle eingeführt sind, wobei die beiden Backen aufeinandertreffen und die Freiabschnitte der beiden Arme der flexiblen Klemmschelle miteinander in Berührung kommen, wenn die Schenkel der Spannzange entlastet sind, während die Backen voneinander wegbewegt und die Freiabschnitte der Arme der flexiblen Klemmschelle voneinander entfernt werden, wenn die beiden Schenkel der Spannzange zusammengedrückt werden.According to the invention, a suitable welding means for clamping means is provided which comprises a collet and a flexible clamp. Demzufolge findet die erfindungsgemäße flexible Klemmschelle eine umfangreiche Anwendung, wodurch sich Klemmschellen mit verschiedenen Maßen erübrigen. Aufgrund des kompakten Aufbaus der erfindungsgemäßen flexiblen Klemmschelle ist lediglich ein kleiner Raum in Anspruch zu nehmen.
