Description

Verkleidungselemente für Radhäuser von Fahrzeugen sind beispielsweise von Personenkraftwagen bekannt und werden auch als Radhausverkleidungen bezeichnet. Falls keine entsprechenden Maßnahmen getroffen sind, strömt das auf die Innenumfangsseite auftreffende Spritzwasser an der Radhausverkleidung (Verkleidungselement) entlang. Dabei kann ein Teil des Wassers in Fahrzeuglängsrichtung vor das Fahrzeugrad gelangen. Durch diese Anordnung der Führungselemente schräg zur Umfangsrichtung des Verkleidungselements kann das durch das Fahrzeugrad aufgespritzte Wasser besonders effektiv aufgefangen und abgeführt werden, so dass es nicht oder nur zu einem sehr geringen Teil vor das Fahrzeugrad gelangen kann.
