The device comprises a cutter (6), where a metal strip (5) is determined by a fixed material clamping unit (4). A drive module (3) moves together with the cutter corresponding to an insertion depth. An independent claim is also included for a method for creating metal removals on metal strips.

Description

Verfahren und Vorrichtung (Fig. 1) nach Anspruch 1 zur Erzeugung von Materialabträgen auf Blechstreifen unter Verwendung eines Fräsers (Fig. 6) mit unterschiedlichen geometrischen Profilformen. Der Blechstreifen (Fig. 5) wird dabei mittels Materialklemmung (Fig. 4) fixiert. Anschließend wird das Antriebsmodul (Fig. 3) zusammen mit dem Fräser (Fig. 6) mit der entsprechenden Eintauchtiefe bewegt und damit ein entsprechender Materialabtrag (Fig. 7) erzeugt. Das kann einstufig oder auch mehrstufig erfolgen (high speed cutting). Durch die Auswahl von unterschiedlichen Geometrien der Fräswerkzeuge lassen sich damit auch unterschiedliche Materialabtragsgeometrien erzeugen.
