Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Ladekabelvorrichtung mit einem längenveränderlichen, elektrischen Ladekabel mit einem längsendseitig angeordneten Kontaktelement, beispielsweise einer Kupplung oder einem Stecker. Die vorliegende Erfindung beruht auf dem allgemeinen Gedanken, eine Ladekabelvorrichtung vorzusehen, die alternativ an einer stationären Ladestation oder an einem Fahrzeug, insbesondere an einem Hybrid- oder Elektrofahrzeug, angeordnet wird und die ein längenveränderliches, elektrische Ladekabel mit einem längsendseitig angeordneten Kontaktelement aufweist. Dieses Kontaktelement ist beispielsweise in der Art einer Kupplung oder eines Steckers ausgebildet, wobei das Ladekabel an sich eine seilartige Seele und einen diese Seele spiralförmig umgebenden elektrischen Leiter aufweist. Einenends ist dabei die Seele mit dem Kontaktelement fest verbunden, wogegen sie andererseits mit einer Wickelvorrichtung zum Auf-/Abwickeln der Seele verbunden ist. Erfindungsgemäß ist nun am Kontaktelement, das heißt beispielsweise am Stecker oder an der Kupplung, ein Bedienelement zum Aktivieren der Wickelvorrichtung angeordnet, was die Handhabung des Ladekabels erheblich erleichtert, da insbesondere das Auf- und Abwickeln des Ladekabels mit der erfindungsgemäßen Ladekabelvorrichtung deutlich vereinfacht wird. Durch den spiralförmig ausgebildeten elektrischen Leiter ist darüber hinaus die Übertragung der maximal möglichen elektrischen Energie auch bei lediglich teilweise ausgezogenem Ladekabel möglich, da aufgrund der vergleichsweise großen Oberfläche des spiralförmig gerollten elektrischen Leiters dieser gut kühlbar ist. Zudem werden bei der erfindungsgemäßen Ladekabelvorrichtung keine Schleifkontakte benötigt, wie diese beispielsweise bei auf Trommeln aufgewickelten elektrischen Leitern erforderlich wären. Aus diesem Grund ist der erfindungsgemäße Aufnahmebehälter mittels entsprechender Öffnung zwangsbelüftet oder aber mittels einer separaten Kühleinrichtung aktiv kühlbar, wodurch eine zu starke Erwärmung und insbesondere auch eine Beschädigung durch eine Überhitzung vermieden werden können.
