Die Stutzen sind über am Wischblattadapter angeordnete Anschlussstutzen mit wenigstens einer kraftfahrzeugseitigen Versorgungsleitung für die Waschflüssigkeit verbunden. Hierbei ist eine relativ komplizierte Flüssigkeitsverbindung von dem bzw. den Anschlussstutzen in Richtung der Stutzen im Wischblattadapter erforderlich.
