Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Verstellvorrichtung für Kfz-Stellteile, mit einem Elektromotor, der über ein Getriebe eine rotatorische und/oder translatorische Bewegung des Kfz-Stellteiles bewirkt, und mit einer Blockiereinheit, die nach Abschaltung des Elektromotors das Kfz-Stellteil in einer definierten Position arretiert, wobei die Blockiereinheit einen Elektromagneten aufweist, der über ein Haltestiftorgan mit einer Rastscheibe mit Arretierkonturen in einem Schlagbereich in Wirkverbindung steht. Insbesondere der verstärkte Einsatz derartiger Verstellvorrichtungen und die Anforderungen an die Automobilhersteller, die Elektromotoren lediglich bei einer Verstellbewegung zu bestromen, führen zu einer zunehmenden nachteiligen akustischen Wahrnehmung bei den Fahrzeuginsassen. Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, dass die Rastscheibe zumindest im Schlagbereich eine zur Blockiereinheit gerichtete Dämpfungsauflage aufweist, wobei die Rastscheibe Dämpfungskonturen besitzt, die mit einem Abstand x zurückversetzt in Bezug auf die Arretierkonturen angeordnet sind. Auf diese Weise ist eine nachhaltige Dämpfung des Haltestiftorgans beim Aufschlagen im Schlagbereich der Rastscheibe gewährleistet. Es werden keine störenden Geräusche mehr wahrgenommen.
