Abstract

The invention relates to a sales and transport container for storing and presenting goods with pairs of opposite, vertically aligned longitudinal and transverse side walls that are fixed to corner support posts and at least partially delimit at least one container floor of a goods storage space, with the at least one container floor in different Altitudes can be positioned.

Sales and transport containers for storage and presentation of goods of the type mentioned above are in sales rooms of z. Such sales and transport containers have to accommodate a wide variety of goods in the goods receiving space, so that in known sales and transport containers the container base is designed to be adjustable in height. For this z. B. from the DE 20 2013 009 631 U1 an embodiment of a sales and transport container is known, which can be completely dismantled, wherein the container bottom can be fixed at different elevations via support connections on side parts. In addition, transverse webs are provided in order to be able to subdivide the usable area above the bottom of the container. The disadvantage here is that in order to adjust the bottom wall, this bottom wall must be freed from placed goods. Thereafter, the container bottom is to be removed so that the support connectors are to be placed in other locations, with appropriate operators taking care to ensure that the various support connections are fixed at corresponding elevations on the side walls for subsequent horizontal placement of the container bottom after height adjustment to have. This is time consuming and cumbersome.

Sales and transport containers of the type mentioned are also from the DE 19828613 A1 , the DE 10 2009 004 093 A1 , the DE 10 2017 001 178 A1 , the DE 8428379 U1 and the DE 29802821 U1 are known which also show various types of height adjustment for goods containers, but none in which any adjustment devices are attached to support posts.

It is the object of the present invention to further develop a sales and transport container of the type mentioned at the outset in such a way that the at least one container base can be raised and lowered and locked in a selected height position with reduced conversion effort.

To solve this problem, the sales and transport container of the type mentioned is characterized in that the at least one container base is supported on at least two adjusting devices arranged in two adjacent support posts, via which the at least one container base can be raised translationally in a horizontal alignment to different heights or can be lowered and locked in a selected height position.

This creates a sales and transport container in which the at least one container base can be moved horizontally via two adjacent adjusting devices with extremely little operating effort, so that the container base cannot be removed for a translational movement, i.e. for a lifting and lowering process must be and goods placed on it no longer have to be removed beforehand in order to be able to carry out a height adjustment of the container bottom, since the entire movement process takes place in the horizontal alignment of the container bottom. It is also no longer necessary to remove the container base or to move the container base into an inclined position.

The adjusting devices of the adjacent support posts are preferably connected to one another in a movement-synchronized manner. This can be done, for example, by synchronizing the movement of the actuators with one another via a rod, for example by providing gears for the actuators, i.e. on both sides of the container in the support posts assigned to each other, which are connected to one another so that they cannot move, so that the gears are forced to match have to perform movements. However, the same is also possible if, for example, linear guides are provided in the support posts, in that linear guide bodies are held so that they can move up and down. This can be, for example, sled-shaped linear guide bodies that overlap a linear guide or are guided in the latter so that they can move up and down. Furthermore, threaded spindles with associated nuts are also available in order to be able to carry out the up and down movement. It is also possible to control the up and down movement of the carry out at least one container bottom, which is then part of the respective actuator. A manually operable actuator can be provided for this purpose. However, motor drives can also be used, such as electric motor drives, pneumatic drives and/or hydraulic drives. Also z. B. belt drives or toothed belt drives can be used as part of the actuators.

The adjusting devices of the adjacent support posts are preferably movement-synchronized. For this purpose, a toothed rack can be integrated within the respective support post, which co-operates with a gear wheel of the respective adjusting device. For the horizontal support, two respective rollers are arranged in the respective support post as parts of the adjusting device, which support the container bottom in its horizontal configuration on the support post, in such a way that the two support rollers of one support post, like the gear wheel assigned to them, are always at the same height are arranged and moved like the support rollers and the gear of the motion-fixed synchronized actuator of the adjacent support post. The movement synchronization can be done via a connecting element, the movement fixed z. B. is connected to the gears of each other assigned actuators, so that by raising and / or lowering the container bottom, the latter also supported by its own weight, the container bottom can be moved in a horizontal orientation by the operator after actuating an operating element.

In order to be able to adopt the same horizontal alignment right from the start when inserting the container bottom together with the two adjusting devices, i.e. the rollers and the gear wheel, a further development of the invention provides that support posts have a first stop on the inside, on which z. B. is to put a locking pawl of an adjusting device, the position z. B. a gear wheel of the adjusting device is such that it dips into the interior of the support post after being placed in such a way that it hits the toothed rack assigned to the respective gear wheel. This is done for the two adjacent support posts, since these two first stops are at the same height. In this way, the placement takes place simultaneously in both support posts, so that in this position the gears of both adjusting devices are located on both sides of the container floor at the same height directly in front of the first toothing of the toothed rack or simultaneously enter the respective toothing at the same height in horizontal alignment of the Tank bottom, so that the created movement synchronization of the two actuators is done automatically by these structural conditions and operator errors can be excluded.

In order to lock the adjusting devices in a selected altitude or to support them there, abutments are provided on the respective support posts, which are equipped with locking elements, in particular in the form of pivotable z. B. tiltable locking pawls. These locking pawls can be transferred to a release position via an operating element, preferably synchronized, in that the operating element is connected to the locking pawls of both actuating devices (single-hand operation). These are preferably pivotably or tiltably articulated in such a way that when the operating element is returned to an initial position, the locking pawls pivot back into a locking position as a result of their own weight and/or under the action of a spring, so that after the container bottom is lifted and the locking pawls slide along over the abutment away from their release position after the operating element has been returned, the locking pawls are automatically pivoted back into their locking position, so that after the container floor together with the adjusting device has been lowered, the container floor is prevented from further lowering movement in the selected height position by the locking pawls on the abutments. This all happens with the container bottom in a horizontal position, without any goods being removed.
