Abstract
Elektrotretroller kann man - wie auch andere Elektroklein- und -kleinstfahrzeuge - in zwei Kategorien einteilen: Roller mit fest installiertem Akku und Roller mit abnehmbarem Akku. Beide Varianten besitzen Vor- und Nachteile, die sich sehr entscheidend auf die Alltagstauglichkeit und Einsatzbreite des Fahrzeuges auswirken.Da beide Varianten Vor- und Nachteile besitzen, ist es Ziel des Patentes, ein Konzept zu kreieren, bei dem die Vorteile beider Varianten kombiniert werden, um die Tauglichkeit im Alltag für möglichst viele Einsatzbereiche zu optimieren.Der Elektrotretroller wird dazu mit einem kleinen fest installierten Akku ausgestattet, der für kurze Reichweiten ausreicht, gleichzeitig aber den Roller klein, leicht und wendig werden lässt. Um größere Reichweiten zu ermöglichen, kann der Tretroller optional um einen zusätzlichen, abnehmbaren Akku ergänzt werden. Dadurch wird überdies eine deutlich größere Flexibilität der Akkubeladung erzielt.Um den Energieverbrauch zu minimieren und die Reichweite zu optimieren, wird der Elektrotretroller mit einer Rekuperation versehen. Dabei ist mit Elektromobilität nicht nur die Elektrifizierung von Autos und Bussen gemeint. Insbesondere in Städten können elektrische Klein- und Kleinsfahrzeuge eine sehr interessante Ergänzung zum öffentlichen Personennahverkehr bieten und dadurch helfen, die Autoflut in den Städten zu begrenzen. Eine Art solcher Elektrokleinstfahrzeuge ist die Gruppe der Elektrotretroller. Wenn die Akkus in die Bauelemente integriert sind, lassen sie sich nicht entfernen und separat stehlen, ein nicht zu unterschätzender Vorteil, da die Akkus oft das teuerste Element des Tretrollers sind.
Ein in den Tretroller integrierter Akku hat jedoch den Nachteil, dass man für jeden Ladevorgang das gesamte Fahrzeug in die Nähe einer Steckdose bringen muss. In Schulen, Hochschulen, Restaurants, am Arbeitsplatz oder auch in einer Mietwohnung in höheren Stockwerken macht das das Laden oftmals unmöglich oder sehr aufwendig.
