Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Verwendung von Einkaufswagen in Supermärkten, wobei die Einkaufswagen mit einem Schloss ausgestattet sind, in das ein Verriegelungsstecker eines zweiten Einkaufswagens einführbar ist. An dem Schloss am Einkaufswagen ist eine als nachrüstbares Bauteil ausgebildete Steuervorrichtung zugeordnet, die einen Sender, einen Empfänger und eine durch das Handy ablesbare Kennungsmarke des Einkaufswagens umfasst und die von einer App eines Handys oder Smartphones des Benutzers steuerbar ist. Die App ist mit dem Rechner des Großmarkts verbindbar und teilt dem Großmarkt Daten des Benutzers mit sowie diesen mit einer Pfandgebühr belastet. Danach gibt der durch den Großmarkt gesteuerte Empfänger den Verriegelungsstecker frei und der Sender ordnet Daten des Einkaufswagens dem Handybesitzer im Großmarktrechner zu. Der Sender überwacht das Einstecken des Verriegelungssteckers und veranlasst nach erfolgtem Einstecken die Rückzahlung der Pfandgebühr.The invention relates to a method for using shopping carts in supermarkets, wherein the shopping carts are equipped with a lock into which a locking plug of a second shopping cart can be inserted. Description
Herkömmliche Einkaufswagen von Großmärkten (Aldi, Lidl, Rewe usw.) sind bekanntlich mit jeweils einem Schloss ausgestattet, in das jeweils ein Stecker des vorhergehenden Einkaufswagens eingesteckt ist. Die so in einer Reihe verbundenen Einkaufswagen sind auf diese Weise geparkt. Um einen Einkaufswagen vom vorhergehenden zu lösen, ist eine Münze im Wert von 1 €, 0,50 Cent oder ein sogenannten Chip nötig, die bzw. der in einen Schlitz des Schlosses gesteckt wird. Beim Schließen wird bekanntlich der Stecker vom vorigen Einkaufswagen in den nächsten Einkaufswagen eingesteckt, und dann erhält der Benutzer die Pfandmünze oder den Chip zurück. Bei einem beabsichtigten Einkauf kommt es jedoch immer wieder vor, dass der Benutzer keine Münze oder keinen Chip besitzt und diese erst mühsam an der Kasse holen muss, oder sogar seine Geldbörse vergessen hat und diese dann erst zuhause abholen muss. Diese Situationen sind zeitraubend und daher höchst ärgerlich. In neuerer Zeit hat jedoch der Benutzer immer sein Handy oder Smartphone dabei.Conventional shopping carts of hypermarkets (Aldi, Lidl, Rewe, etc.) are known to each equipped with a lock, in each of which a plug of the previous shopping cart is inserted. Gemäß der Erfindung wird nun vorgeschlagen, dass das Schloss am Einkaufswagen mit einer als nachrüstbares Bauteil ausgebildeten Steuervorrichtung ausgerüstet ist, die einen Sender, einen Empfänger sowie eine durch das Handy ablesbare Kennungsmarke des Einkaufswagens enthält und die mittels einer App des Benutzers derart gesteuert wird, dass das Schloss geöffnet werden kann. Diese App ist firmenbezogen (Aldi, Lidl, Rewe usw.) und mit einem internen Rechner des Großmarkts verbindbar. Die Kennungsmarke kann einen lesbaren Strichcode oder QR-Code aufweisen. Nach dem Ablesen des Codes wird das Schloss geöffnet und der Einkaufswagen wird freigegeben.
