Abstract

Description

TECHNICAL AREA

The invention relates to a fastener tape, a zip fastener and a fabric with a permanently attached zip fastener.

TECHNICAL BACKGROUND

A slide fastener typically includes a pair of fastener tapes, a pair of coupling elements (element rows) attached to the fastener tapes, and a slider for meshing the paired coupling elements with each other. The sewing together of a zipper of a piece of clothing essentially consists of sewing together a strap and a fabric. However, if a zipper is sewn on a comparatively thin and soft fabric, there is a risk that the fabric will wrinkle after the zipper is sewn on due to the low rigidity of the fabric itself.

Straps for a zipper are for example in the CN 103844452 A , the DE 60 2004 007 981 T2 , the DE 11 2011 105 602 T5 as well as the EP 0 139 284 B1 disclosed.

SHORT SUMMARY

It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a fastener tape, a slide fastener, and a fabric with a slide fastener fixedly attached thereto, thereby solving problems in the conventional technology that when the slide fastener is sewn on the fabric, the rigidity is poor of the fabric itself, the fabric can fold with the zipper attached.

According to one aspect of the embodiments of the present invention, there is provided a fastener tape according to claim 1, comprising: an attachment member for attaching an element; and a sewing part for sewing a fabric, wherein the mutually adjacent sides of the attaching part and the sewing part are integrally connected with each other, another side of the attaching part distant adjacent from the sewing part providing an element attaching side for attaching the fastener element, and wherein the sewing part is formed with a plain weave. The plain weave of the sewing part gives the carrier tape greater rigidity. When the fastener tape woven according to the above method is sewn on the fabric, the folding performance of the fabric is improved and the fabric can be prevented from folding.

In order to improve the appearance of the entire fastener tape, the fastener tape further comprises an end part positioned on the other side of the sewing part which is spaced apart from the attachment part, while the mutually adjacent sides of the end part and the sewing part are integrally connected to each other.

A ratio of the widths of the attachment part, the sewing part and the end part as viewed perpendicular to the element attachment side may preferably be 5: 4: 3. Setting this ratio can keep the rigidity of the sewing part within a reasonable range, and thereby enables the fastener tape to have the effect of preventing the fabric from wrinkling, and can maintain the flexibility of the fastener tape, thereby eliminating a great influence to allow the slider to open and close the coupling elements smoothly.

The above end part provides two types of technical solutions. Specifically, these are as follows.

First, the end part is formed with a plain weave.

Second, the end part comprises an end part edge segment and an end part transition segment, the end part transition segment is positioned between the sewing part and the end part edge segment, the end part transition segment is integrally connected to the mutually adjacent sides of the sewing part and end part edge segment, and the end part transition segment is of a variation texture and the end part edge segment is formed with a plain weave.

If the end part edge segment of the end part or the entire end part is formed with a plain weave, for example, the end part can be secured against positional shifts, whereby a better appearance of the end part is made possible. A transition between the end part edge segment and the sewing part can also be facilitated if the end part transition segment is set in a variation texture.

The above attachment part provides three types of technical solutions. Specifically, these are as follows.

First, the attachment is of a twill weave weave.

According to the invention, a diameter of the warp of the sewing part is larger than that of the weft. More preferably, the diameter of the warp in the sewing part can be 1.5 to 3 times that of the weft.

Due to the above limitation on the sewing part, the rigidity of the sewing part can be maintained in a reasonable range, thereby enabling the fastener tape to have an effect of preventing the fabric from wrinkling, and the flexibility of the fastener tape can be maintained, thereby enabling a great influence on the smooth opening and closing operations of the coupling elements is avoided by the slide.

In summary of the above, the fastener tape, the slide fastener and a fabric with the slide fastener fixedly attached according to the invention can provide the following useful effects.

In the fastener tape, the slide fastener, and the fabric with the fastener firmly attached, the attachment part and the sewing part of the fastener tape are subject to different weaving methods, while the sewing part is formed with a plain weave to thereby prevent the warp and weft positional shift and the rigidity of the fastener tape whereby, after a slide fastener is sewn on the fabric with the above fastener tape, the fabric can be effectively prevented from wrinkling.
