Abstract

Das Dichtmittel kann besonders sparsam verwendet werden. Dadurch, dass die Wand niedriger als eine Außenwand der Abdeckung ist, ist einerseits sichergestellt, dass die Wand eine Überlaufhöhe definiert und demzufolge die Menge an Dichtmasse, die die Fügestelle abdichtet, normiert ist. Über die Wand fließende Dichtmasse fließt in diesem Fall – da die Wand niedriger als die Außenwand ist – nicht in den Bereich außerhalb der Abdeckung. Somit wird sichergestellt, dass die Dichtmasse die Fertigungseinrichtung nicht verschmutzt. Tritt zumindest eine der Leiter je Fügestelle heraus und wird das Podest so dimensioniert, dass es beim Fügevorgang in einen Teilraum ragt, so wird dadurch sichergestellt, dass die Fügestelle vollständig in der Dichtmasse eingetaucht ist. Wird das Podest und/oder die Abdeckung keil- oder pyramidenförmig geformt, wird dadurch beim Fügen ein Eintrag vom Gasblasen in das Dichtmittel vermieden. Gasblasen würden unter Umständen dazu führen, dass die Fügestelle bzw. ein Spalt zwischen Dichtmittel, Fügestelle und Podest eventuell feucht werden kann und dadurch ein solcher kleiner Spalt ein Ort für erste Korrosion an der Fügestelle sein kann. Das erstarrte Dichtmittel kann je nach Gestaltung der Abdeckung zu einer formschlüssig und/oder kraftschlüssig haltenden Verbindung zwischen der Abdeckung und dem Reglergehäuse und/oder der zumindest einen Fügestelle führen. Das Halten der Abdeckung wird dadurch verbessert. Hat die Abdeckung seitlich Öffnungen, die ein Anstauen von Flüssigkeit vermeidet bzw. ein Entweichen ermöglicht, so wird dadurch die Wahrscheinlichkeit von Korrosion verringert. Nach einer weiteren Ausgestaltung ist vorgesehen, dass die Abdeckung mittels einer oder mehrerer Leisten an einem oder mehreren Vorsprüngen des Reglergehäuses untergreift. Die mechanische Halterung wird dadurch verbessert. Gemäß einer weiteren Gestaltung der Erfindung ist vorgehen, dass zwischen zwei Teilräumen, in die jeweils eine Fügestelle ragt, ein Überlaufbereich angeordnet ist.Further advantage will be apparent from the dependent claims.
