Abstract
Verfahren zur Herstellung orthodontischer Bögen für eine Vorrichtung zur Regulierung von Zahnfehlstellungen mit einer Mehrzahl von Verbindungselementen (1) zur Befestigung an Zahnkronen (4) eines Patienten sowie einem Bogenelement (5) zur Anbringung an den Verbindungselementen (1), wobei die Verbindungselemente (1) wenigstens zwei Aufnahmen (2, 3) für Bogenelemente (5) aufweisen und die Aufnahmen (2, 3) in voneinander verschiedene Richtungen geöffnet sind, welches folgende Schritte aufweist:
– Bereitstellen des Zahnmodells eines Patienten, welches eine Zahnfehlstellung aufweist;
– Aufteilen eines Duplikats des Zahnmodells in Einzelzahnsegmente;
– Orientieren der Einzelzahnsegmente in einer Ausrichtung, die einer vorgegebenen, therapeutisch geplanten Ausrichtung entspricht;
– Erstellen einer digitalen Darstellung der so ausgerichteten Einzelzahnsegmente;
– Berechnen der Geometrie des zugehörigen orthodontischen Bogens aus der digitalen Darstellung;
