Die Öffnungen 13, 14 können in der aus 2 ersichtlichen Weise gegenüber der Außenseite des äußeren Anlageelementes 5 vertieft angeordnet sein, so daß die freien Enden der Spannelemente 3, 4 nach dem Kürzen nicht oder nur unwesentlich über die Außenkontur des äußeren Anlageelementes 5 hervorstehen. Trotzdem können diese Enden zu Verletzungen oder Reizungen des darüberliegenden Weichgewebes führen, und aus diesem Grunde wird auf die Außenseite des äußeren Anlageelementes 5 eine Abdeckkappe 21 aufgesetzt, die im wesentlichen die Form einer rechteckförmigen Platte mit abgerundeten Enden aufweist, deren Dicke von der Mitte zu dem Rand 22 hin abfällt. Die Abdeckkappe 21 besteht aus Kunststoff, beispielsweise aus Polyetheretherketon. Ihre Abmessungen sind so gewählt, daß der größte Teil der Anlagefläche 6 des äußeren Anlageelementes 5 von der Abdeckkappe überdeckt wird. Diese Rastvorsprünge sind pilzförmig ausgebildet und werden durch senkrecht zueinander verlaufende Einschnitte 27 derart voneinander getrennt, daß sie radial nach innen elastisch verbiegbar sind (5). In jedem Fall wird die Außenfläche der Abdeckkappe 21 oberhalb der freien Enden der gekürzten Spannelemente 3, 4 verlaufen, so daß an der Außenseite der Abdeckkappe 21 anliegendes Weichgewebe nicht mit den gekürzten Enden der Spannelemente 3, 4 in Berührung kommt.
