Abstract

Es wird ein Gurtstraffer für ein Sicherheitsgurt-Rückhaltesystem in einem Fahrzeug vorgeschlagen, welcher bei einem Aufprall oder drohenden Aufprall auslösbar und mittels dem ein einen Insassen zurückhaltender Sicherheitsgurt durch Verlagerung eines Teils des Sicherheitsgurt-Rückhaltesystems straffbar ist. Der Gurtstraffer weist einen Antrieb zur Verlagerung des Teils auf, welcher einen wiederholt aufladbaren Federspeicher umfasst. Der Gurtstraffer zeichnet sich durch eine Federspeicher-Aufladeeinrichtung zum wiederholten Aufladen des Federspeichers nach einer Entladung desselben aus, die eine bei einem Anschnallvorgang vom Insassen auf den Sicherheitsgurt aufgebrachte Zugkraft zum Abwickeln des mittels eines Gurtaufrollers aufgewickelten Sicherheitsgurtes auf den Federspeicher zum Aufladen desselben überträgt.
