Abstract

Der Fensterträger kann z.B. aus Materialien wie PC, PC/ABS, Polyamid (PA), PP, Polyurethan bestehen, wobei als Fensterelement Materialien wie Glas, Holz, Metall, Keramik und Kunststoff verwendet werden können. Die Anforderung an ein Displayfenster für z.B. ein Mobiltelefon hat eine sehr hohe Kratzfestigkeit. Auf diesen Fensterträger kann dann eine Beschichtung aufgebracht werden aus z.B. einem transparenten Kunststoffmaterial, die mithin das sichtbare Gehäuse darbietet und flächenbündig an das Fensterteil heranreicht und mit diesem randseitig einen innigen Verbund eingeht. Im fertigen Zustand ist das Formteil daher mit einer Aussparung zur Anordnung des Fensterteils versehen, die sich teilweise in dem Fensterträger und teilweise in der aufzubringenden Beschichtung erstreckt. Insgesamt ist damit in einem zweiten Prozeßschritt das vormontierte Bauteil, also der Fensterträger, im Spritzgießverfahren so mit der Beschichtung zu umspritzen, daß ein flächenbündiger und formschlüssiger Verbund insgesamt entsteht, und zwar ohne Spaltbildung. Dazu besteht vorzugsweise der Fensterträger aus einem Kunststoffmaterial und die Beschichtung aus einem anderen Kunststoffmaterial.In order to is a molding available in the gap-free as well as flush and form-fitting the Window part is provided.
