Description

The present invention relates to a taillight mounting module according to the preamble of claim 1 and a vehicle with a taillight mounting module according to claim 4.

Frequently, a trunk of a vehicle has an outlet through which a driver can connect an electrical device not integrated with the vehicle. The object is achieved by a taillight mounting module according to claim 1 and by a vehicle with a taillight mounting module according to claim 4. The advantageous developments of the taillight mounting module according to the invention are defined in the corresponding subclaims.

In this case, the invention is based on the finding that the installation of a socket can be done together with the onset of taillights on a vehicle when the socket is integrated into the taillight mounting module. In this way, the assembly time for a vehicle can be reduced. Furthermore, use of the already existing rear light housing for the socket contributes to the saving of cables or a partial boot lining and thus to the cost reduction.
