Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Hohlwelle, insbesondere einer Kipphebelachse, sowie eine Hohlwelle. Die zylinderförmige Hohlwelle weist zumindest einen in ihr angeordneten Längskanal auf, der zur Bildung von Sacklochkanälen vorgesehen ist. Hierzu wird dieser Längskanal in seinem axialen Verlauf mit einem Endstück verschlossen. Ferner weist die Hohlwelle quer zur Axialachse des Mantels ausgerichtete Radialkanäle auf, welche die Längs- und/oder Sacklochkanäle nach außen und ggf. untereinander verbinden. Zur einfachen und kostengünstigen Herstellung wird als Ausgangswerkstück für die Hohlwelle ein Strangpressprofil gewählt, welches bereits beim Strangpressen mit mindestens einem durchgehenden Längskanal versehen wird.
