Abstract

Eine Fluidfiltermittelpfostenanordnung in Kombination mit einer Fluidfilterpatrone zur Schaffung einer "kein Filter-kein Betrieb"-Ausführung gemäß einer Ausführungsform der vorliegenden Erfindung umfasst eine oval geformte Ausführung für die Mittelpfostenanordnung und eine oval geformte Ausführung für eine Dichtung, die zwischen der Mittelpfostenanordnung und der Fluidfilterpatrone angeordnet ist. Die Mittelpfostenanordnung umfasst einen Hauptkörper mit einer ovalen Form im lateralen Querschnitt in einem einteiligen Aufbau mit einem radialen Flansch und einem inneren Träger. Der innere Träger definiert eine Strömungsöffnung, und eine bewegliche Ventilkugel ist auf dem inneren Träger angeordnet und kann sich aufgrund des Drucks des ankommenden Fluids in Richtung der Strömungsöffnung bewegen. Die Fluidfilterpatrone enthält eine geschlossene Endkappe mit einem Sperrstift, so dass nach Installation der Fluidfilterpatrone der Sperrstift so positioniert ist, dass er verhindert, dass die Ventilkugel die Strömungsöffnung verschließt.
