Abstract
Isolierter Statorstab (20) und Verfahren zum Anbringen einer Außenisolierung (24) an einem blanken Statorstab (22), um den isolierten Statorstab (20) zu bilden. Die Außenisolierung (24) umgibt einen Umfang des blanken Stabs (22) und erstreckt sich entlang einer longitudinalen Länge des Stabs (22). Die Außenisolierung (24) weist wenigstens ein Strangpresselement (26, 28, 126, 226) auf, z. B. ein einzelnes Strangpresselement (126, 226), zwei einzelne Strangpresselemente (26, 28), usw., die ein elektrisches Isolatormaterial (34) enthalten. Das wenigstens eine Strangpresselement (26, 28, 126, 226) weist ein gegenüberliegendes Paar Kanten (40, 42, 140, 142, 24'0, 242) auf, die parallel zu der longitudinalen Länge des Stabs verlaufen. Die Kanten (40, 42, 140, 142, 240, 242) sind so aneinander angebracht, dass der Umfang des Stabs (22) durch das wenigstens eine Strangpresselement (26, 28, 126, 226) vollständig eingeschlossen ist.
