Abstract

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Wannenträgeranordnung der im Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 angegebenen Gattung sowie ein Verfahren und einen Bausatz zur Montage einer Wannenform in einem Wannenträger. Durch ein ungleichmäßiges Setzen des Montageschaums besteht dabei die Gefahr, daß die Wannenform nicht mit der gewünschten, meistens horizontalen Ausrichtung auf dem Wannenträger zu liegen kommt. Das gilt auch für die Montage von Acrylwannen, bei denen die Unterseite des auf dem Wannenträger aufzulegenden Randabschnitts meistens noch mit einer aufgespritzten und aufgerollten oder sonstwie befestigten Verstärkungsschicht aus Polyurethan, Glasfasern oder dergleichen belegt ist. Hierbei besteht der zusätzliche Nachteil, daß der Abstand zwischen der Unterseite des Wannenrandes und der Unterkante der Randleiste in Umfangsrichtung der Wannenform größeren Schwankungen unterworfen ist. Selbst wenn daher der Wannenträger einen in Umfangsrichtung absolut ebenen, horizontalen, tragenden Rand aufweisen würde, wäre es schwierig, durch Anwendung von Montageschaum, Kleber oder sonstigen Hilfsmitteln ein überall flächiges Aufliegen des Wannenrandes auf dem oberen Rand des Wannenträgers zu erreichen. Dasselbe gilt für die Anzahl und die ursprüngliche Höhe der verwendeten Montageklötze, Abstandhalter und Bodenplatten bzw. Weiter wäre es möglich, beim Ausführungsbeispiel nach Fig. 7 und 8 die Abstandhalter 19 wegzulassen und stattdessen die Montageklötze 9 so abzuarbeiten, daß sie mit einem geringen Überstand zur Randleiste 8 ausgebildet sind, so daß deren Unterkante 8a gerade nicht mehr auf dem oberen Rand 6a zu liegen kommt. In diesem Fall würden die Fliesen 18 von außen her unmittelbar an die Randleiste 8 angelegt werden, diese aber nicht untergreifen. Außerdem wäre es möglich, den Wannenträger in entsprechender Weise nicht unmittelbar auf dem Fußboden, sondern auf einer an diesem befestigten, z. B. mit einem Rohrsystem versehener Unterkonstruktion zu montieren.
