Description

- - einem organischen, semitransparenten, photovoltaischen Element als Energieträger, wobei, entweder durch Schaltung und/oder durch Umwelteinfluss die OLED durch den Energie träger mit einer Spannung versorgbar ist.
Claims (10)
Sauerstoff- und/oder Wasserstabilisator, Polarisator, Antirefelxionsschicht und Brechungsindexmatcher.
- - Aufbau einer Solarzelle auf einem Substrat,
- - Aufbau einer OLED auf einem weiteren Substrat
- - Verbindung der beiden Elemente so, dass das Substrat der OLED als Verkapselung der Solarzelle dient.
- - Aufbau einer Solarzelle auf einem Substrat,
- - Verkapselung der Solarzelle
- - Aufbau einer OLED auf der Verkapselung der Solarzelle, Verkapselung der kombinierten Solarzelle und OLED.
auf ein Substrat wird eine negative Elektrode (Katho de),
auf die Kathode wird eine photoaktive Schicht für eine Solarzelle,
auf die photoaktive Schicht wird eine positive Elektro de (Anode),
auf die Anode eine photoaktive Schicht einer OLED,
auf die photoaktive Schicht eine negative Elektrode und auf diese Schicht eine Verkapselung aufgebracht.
