Abstract

The lightweight building boards or bodies have two layers (1,2) of nonwoven hemp, with an intermediate layer (3) of hemp scrapings. The three layers are impregnated with a biologically degradable bonding agent. After drying, the layers are bonded together in a press at a temperature of 180-250 deg C and a pressure of 6 bar.

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft Leichtbauplatten bzw. Leichtbaukörper und Verfahren zur Herstellung. The invention relates to lightweight panels or lightweight structures and methods of manufacture.

A method for producing lightweight structures or lightweight panels is known, using long-phase materials such as wood wool, flax residues, asbestos fibers, Glass fibers or the like. And a binder comes.

In the known method, the long-fiber material is in a surface-dry state with the combined liquid reaction components of rigid polyurethane foam as a binder brought into a mold and left there until the foaming process has ended. in this connection the long-fiber material is first brought into the mold and then the combined Reaction components poured on.

(DE-OS 18 08 349). For the lamination or reinforcement of the lightweight body or the lightweight board is a Foil or other thin plate-like material introduced into the mold before the long-fiber material is inserted. The outer shell of the lightweight body consists of essentially made of rigid material, which forms the shape with which the Polyurethane foam connects. Here are the individual fibers of the long-fiber Material directed by combing before inserting into the mold. (DE-OS 18 08 349).

(DE-OS 25 40 241). There are also known the so-called chipboard, which are made of wood chips and Resin binders are hot pressed. However, these plates are relatively heavy and usually sensitive to moisture. There is also a composite material and a method known for the production of this substance, which consists of resin-impregnated fiber material that is solidified by pressure and heat and bonded together, the fiber material made of Wood fibers and other vegetable, especially long fibers, such as. B. sisal, hemp, Flax, jute or coconut fibers exist. Here you have the wood and other vegetable Fibers mixed together. You also have a layer of vegetable fibers on one side or arranged on both sides of the wood fiber layer. In this known method it is the case that the Phenol cardboard and the melamine film following the process steps in a second Pressing process can be applied with simultaneous intermediate drying. (DE-OS 25 40 241).

From the state of the art it follows that lightweight panels or lightweight structures are made of perennial renewable raw materials exist, the binders of which are not organic are degradable and fossil in origin. Most of these are Urea formaldehyde resins (UF), melamine formaldehyde resins (MF), phenol formaldehyde resins (PF), diisocyanate resins (PMDI) or mixtures thereof.

These binders are required for both production and use Formaldehyde or polymeric isocyanates.

The disadvantage of the known prior art is that in particular the lightweight panels, or lightweight structure is not biodegradable and so are the binders used are not biodegradable and also toxic substances such as formaldehyde and polymers Contain isocyanates. This causes a significant environmental impact and these are poisons also harmful to fit people, especially when it comes to using such plates or Body comes in housing.

The object of the invention is to eliminate the aforementioned disadvantages and lightweight building boards, or lightweight structure and to create a method of manufacture that the environment does not burden, especially contain no toxins and above all are biodegradable.

In addition, the lightweight panels or lightweight bodies produced according to the invention also have better insulation and soundproofing and also have less Weight compared to known plates.

According to the invention, the object is achieved in that the lightweight panels or Lightweight structure made of two layers of hemp fleece and a hemp Shabby layer, all layers with biodegradable binders are soaked.

It has also proven to be advantageous to use the lightweight panels or lightweight structure to each other to arrange that they consist of two arranged hemp shabby layers and one in the middle arranged hemp scraper layer, which is embedded between two hemp fleece layers is, all layers are soaked with biodegradable binders.

According to the invention, the lightweight panels or lightweight structures are placed in a press at one Temperature of approx. 180 ° C to 250 ° C and a pressing pressure of approx. 6 bar until it is reached of the aforementioned core temperature, the pressing time being approximately half the thickness measured analogously to the plate in millimeters and the hemp fleece layers and hemp Shave layers are dried before the pressing process.

The advantage of this invention is that for the first time lightweight panels, or Lightweight structure made of short hemp fibers (shives) and long hemp fibers in the form of hemp Nonwoven can be made using a biodegradable binder and can therefore be used in an environmentally friendly manner. That means the lightweight boards according to the invention, or lightweight body, once for disposal come, can be degraded in an environmentally friendly manner. The lightweight panels and the lightweight body better insulation and better soundproofing and that too specific weight is lower than with known plates.

The lightweight building boards or lightweight building bodies according to the invention are capable of atmospheric humidity absorb and bring about an improvement in soil fertility through crop rotation.

The invention is explained in more detail below on the basis of exemplary embodiments.

Hemp fleece and hemp shives are glued or soaked with the biodegradable binder, then dried and brought into the desired shape, FIG. 1 shows the lower hemp fleece layer 1 and the upper hemp fleece layer 2 . In between is the hemp scraper layer 3 . Fig. 2 shows a top hemp Schäbenschicht 4 and a lower hemp Schäbenschicht 5 between the hemp nonwoven layers 6 and 7, a third hemp Schäbenschicht. 8 Then the pressing process takes place at a specific pressure of approx. 6 bar. The pressing time is about half the thickness of the plate in minutes. During the pressing process with the specified pressure, the hemp fleece layers and the hemp scraper layers are pressed together accordingly, the hemp fleece layers and the hemp scraper layers being compressed accordingly. The corresponding lightweight panels or lightweight structures are then processed further in accordance with the requirements.
