Abstract
Verfahren zur Herstellung vollkeramischer Gerüste, inbesondere aus Alumina oder Zirconia, in der Zahntechnik, wobei der Stumpf eines Arbeitsmodells mit eine Schicht überzogen wird, auf die Keramikmaterial aus einem Schlicker aufgebracht wird und das nach der Trennung vom Arbeitsmodell zum Gerüst gebrannt und glasinfiltriert wird, wobei die Schicht eine hygroskopische Schicht ist und das Aufbringen des Keramikmaterials durch Eintauchen in den Schlicker erfolgt.Process for the production of all-ceramic frameworks, in particular from alumina or zirconia, in dental technology, whereby the stump of a working model is coated with a layer onto which ceramic material from a slip is applied and which, after the separation from the working model, is fired to the framework and glass-infiltrated, whereby the layer is a hygroscopic layer and the ceramic material is applied by immersing it in the slip.
