Abstract

Artificial leather for conduction of electromagnetic waves with an outer layer of polyurethane resin (PUR) and a base layer of polyurethane-impregnated metal fibres and complex fibres, obtained by pulping non-woven fabric (sandwich-laminated complex/metal/complex fabric or mixed metal/complex fabric) and then impregnating and coating with PUR. Artificial leather for the conduction of electromagnetic waves comprises (a) an outer layer, preferably of polyurethane resin (PUR) and a base layer, preferably consisting of (b) 3 layers of non-woven fabric made of complex fibres, metal fibres and complex fibres respectively or (d) a non-woven fabric made from a mixture of complex fibres and metal fibres, in each case with an overall content of 30-70% metal fibres and 70-30% complex fibres. In case (b), the metal fibres and the complex fibres (cutted model or island model) are each carded and pre-pressed and then combined by sandwich lamination; in (d) the mixed fibres are processed by carding and needle-pressing. The base material obtained is then pulped (by reduction or on a spun-lace machine), impregnated and coated with PUR and then polished to give artificial leather with a screening capacity of 30-45 dB at 500 MHz to 2 GHz.

Description

The invention relates to an artificial leather for conducting electromagnetic waves, which Mixing or lamination of metallic fibers and complex fibers and a PU treatment by immersing in PU resin and coating with PU resin is subjected.

Conventional PU synthetic leather consists of a base, an adhesive layer, one Top layer and a surface coating. As a basis, a fabric, a Velor or a fleece used that is dipped in PU resin by removing the Lö DMF hardened and then sanded and softened. Subsequently the semi-finished product is colored, pressed and embossed. The dry PU synthetic leather is processed wet or coated directly, the coating agent directly on the Basis or the fleece is applied.

The basis of this PU synthetic leather consists of polyester fibers or nylon fibers and is designed as a fabric, fleece or microfiber. The basis is a PU Resin wet treatment or PU resin dry treatment. So he PU synthetic leather is used in clothing, shoes, belts and waves turns.

The disadvantage of conventional PU synthetic leather is that it is not against can isolate magnetic or electromagnetic waves.

The invention is therefore based on the object to provide an artificial leather, the leitfä and offers protection against magnetic or electromagnetic waves.

According to the invention, this object is achieved by the following methods:

Nach dem Schleifen wird das Kunstleder erhalten.1. metal fibers (30-70%), which are carded and pre-pressed, and complex fibers (70-30%), which are carded and pre-pressed, after sandwich lamination, d. H. Complex fibers / metal fibers / complex fibers, and pressing by means of rings or fiberized using a spunlace machine. Then there is a PU Treatment by immersion in PU resin and a coating with PU resin. To the artificial leather is preserved after grinding.
The metal fibers (30-70%) and the complex fibers (70-30%) are mixed and after carding and needle pressing by reduction or by means of a spunla Ce machine frayed. A PU treatment is then carried out by immersion in PU resin and a coating with PU resin. After grinding, it will Get leatherette.

The synthetic leather is made in one of the two ways described above according to the invention from a mixture of metal fibers and complex fibers and has 500 MHz-2 GHz a shielding (dB) of 30 dB-45 dB. This synthetic leather can be used electronic communication devices, household appliances, computers, clothing, medical devices and as a protective product against magnetic waves for Semiconductors are used.

The metal fibers can in particular be made of stainless steel.

With an unchanged manufacturing process and a change in the proportion of fibers made of stainless steel by 3-5%, the synthetic leather has a resistance value in volume (Ω-cm) of 10 5 to 10 8 . Therefore, the synthetic leather is conductive and can be used for electrical products.

In the following, the structure and the function are based on two design examples len described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
