Das neue Prinzip läßt sich mit Vorteil anwenden auf die Behandlung von Lebensmitteln aller Art, Reifung, Fermentierung, Blanchierung, Sterilisation, Pasteurisierung von Lebensmitteln und von Getränken in Behältern.
